Hi, does anyone know of any alternative software that can be used instead of Samsung Kies? I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile phone, before that I owned an iPhone and like using iTunes to export and backup the photos, movies, contacts, SMS and more I had on my phone to the computer. I can't seem to get Samsung Kies to work and would like to use an alternative way to update/rename the song I have on my phone. Thanks in advanced.

Step 1 Choose Backup Files
Switch to 'Restore data' option. The software will automatically load the files your backed up from the plug-in device. That's why we always reminder users not to modify the route of backup files.
